Our latest milestone

In the latest milestone for our Fabrica scheme, Mission Street has appointed leading construction firm Bowmer and Kirkland Ltd to deliver what will become central Oxford’s largest commercial science development yet.

With works beginning in May, the scheme marks the biggest ground-up science project to start in the first half of 2025.
