Fantastic progress at Fabrica!

The project is moving forward at full pace — with all foundations and ground beams now complete, and the entire ground floor slab firmly in place. On the first floor, the west wing slab has already been poured, while lift shafts, core walls, and columns are steadily climbing upward.

Precast columns and formwork are also being installed, setting the stage for the next levels above ground. Every week brings a new milestone, and it’s fantastic to see the building start to take shape.
