Major £180m financing supports next phase of Oxford Innovation District

A great result for BGO and Mission Street in closing the re-financing of our Oxford and Cambridge assets with Tristan Capital Partners. The £180m facility represents one of the largest re-finances in our sector and enables the start of construction at Fabrica, the 180,000 sq ft second phase of the West End, Oxford’s only central innovation district.
