A new kind of
science building.
180,000 square feet across two wings, stitched together by a central atrium and a sculptural staircase that runs through the heart of the building.
Beyond the laboratory and workspace, Fabrica is designed around the daily working experience, with a public café, bookable meeting rooms, generous cycle parking, showers and lockers, all centred around a 5,500 sq ft atrium.
